This Sweepstakes is governed exclusively by the laws of the United States. You are not authorized to participate in the Sweepstakes if you are not located within the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico.
DATES OF SWEEPSTAKES
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01am Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 25, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59pm ET on October 10, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of entry (the “Entrant”). Void outside of these jurisdictions and where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.
Officers, directors, managers, and employees of NYSC Connect Corp. (NYS Cannabis Connect) (the “Sponsor”), and each of its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, consultants, agents, and immediate family members (husband, wife, children, mother, father, sister, brother, and in-laws) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
HOW TO ENTER
There are two (2) ways to enter:
(i) Survey Entry: Complete the official NYS Cannabis Connect Hudson Vally Cannabis Workforce Blueprint survey in its entirety during the Sweepstakes Period.
(ii) Roundtable Entry: Attend one (1) official NYS Cannabis Connect Hudson Vally Cannabis Workforce Blueprint roundtable event during the Sweepstakes Period.
⚠️ Limit one (1) entry per person/company during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. Entries beyond this limit will be void.
DRAWING/ODDS
On or about October 15, 2025, potential prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
PRIZES
A total of four (4) prizes will be awarded:
Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,000.
Limit of one (1) prize per person/company.
PRIZE RESTRICTIONS
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. In the case of unavailability, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
NOTIFICATIONS/CLAIMS
Potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone on or about October 15, 2025. Winners must respond within 5 business days of notification. Failure to respond will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release within 10 days of notification.
CONDITIONSBy participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims, liability, or damages arising out of participation or prize acceptance/use.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant suspected of tampering with the Sweepstakes or acting in violation of these rules.
PRIVACY/DATA
Personal data collected will be used only for the administration of this Sweepstakes. Entrants agree to the collection and use of their information in connection with the Sweepstakes.
